30% Account NON REFUNDABLE to be paid by bank transfer for the booking confirmation

70% Final balance NON REFUNDABLE (to be paid by bank transfer 40 days prior to arrival by bank transfer)

Services included in the rate

1. Concierge service for all requests in and outside the Property
2. Personal Chef for preparation of lunch and dinner (Thursday off)
3. Butler for table service for lunch, appetizer and dinner (Thursday off
4. Housekeeper for breakfast and room cleaning service (Monday off)
5. Housekeeper staff in the early afternoon (3pm – 7pm) (Monday off)
6. 1 sets of bed and bath linen full change (Wednesday)
7. WiFi free access (in living room and in all bedrooms) NOT always guarantee
8. Air conditioning / Heating
9. Safe deposit box (in each bedroom)
10. Washing machine and Dishwasher
11. TV and Stereo with CD player
12. 2 Small electric car provided for driving in the property
13. Private sea access for each Villa
14. Private swimming pool open from May to October
15. Private parking for 2 cars
16. Gym area (equipped with 2 treadmill, 1 exercise bike, 1 bench and others)

Rules and Conditions

1. On arrival a refundable damage deposit of € 2.500 will be withheld by credit card.
2. We will require to sign a waiver form for using the Golf Cart provided in the property during their stay.
3. Any damage to the Villa, Property or Golf Car will be charge directly to the Client
4. All extra services required the Client, during the stay, will be charged directly to the Client at the end of the stay
5. For adm inistrative reasons we do not accept American Express and Diners card.
6. We usually organize grocery and meals menus following the typical local traditions. Any specific request should be communicated ahead by email.
7. The food and beverage service can only be provided by the property, therefore it is not possible to consume food or drinks brought from outside the structure. Made exception of specific requests due to particular customer needs and must be in any case to be communicated to the structure before arrival at the property.
8. All services (pick up, transfers, restaurant and others) inside and outside the property must be communicated in time to the Concierge Service Staff.
9. For organizational reasons, the arrival of Guest will take place on Saturday (not before 4 pm and not later than
   8 pm) and the departure on Saturday before 10 am, except for specific requests to be agreed in advance. Arrival between 11pm and 7am will be considered late check in with a cost of 60 euro per person.
10. We kindly ask to the Client to provide to the Guest all correct information about the Property, the services included or not included in the rates, the correct location, all rules and information specified above.
11. Client are allowed to take photos inside the structure for strictly personal use. The use of the villas is only admissible for tourist and residential uses. The use of photos taken inside the structure for commercial purposes or for promoting advertising campaigns on any channel (for example social networks, magazines, newspapers etc.) is not allowed, unless specifically agreed in writing with Sefim Srl.
12. It is mandatory to avoid any behavior that could harm the structure or distinctive character of the Images or compromise their value or mislead third parties. It is specific obligation not to reproduce nude images or videos or containing material for adults inside the structure. Any use made in violation of the above prohibitions will be punishable by law as well as legitimizing Sefim s.r.l. to compensation for damages.
13. It is allowed to stay overnight at the structure for the maximum capacity of the available beds. In case of overnight stay of a number of people higher than the maximum capacity of the villas, the customer will be
    charged a penalty of € 300 per person per night.
14. If the guest number exceeds the allowed number of people, it is advised to hire an extra butler.
15. Any change, that could alter the stay conditions, will be promptly communicated.

In case the above mentioned conditions are not met, we will feel free to take steps for any kind of action against.

Conditions for Independent Cottages

Payment

Payment for products and services purchased on this site can be made by credit card. The total amount due, consisting of the purchase price and any other additional cost, as indicated in the order form (Grand Total), will be charged to your credit card following the conclusion of the purchase process.

Rules and Conditions

   the end of the stay.
3. For administrative reasons we do not accept American Express and Diners card.
4. All services (pick up, transfers, restaurant and others) inside and outside the property must be communicated in time to the Concierge Service Staff.
5. We kindly require to advise the Property in case of delay in check in or check out. Check in
   between 11 pm and 7 am will be considered late check in with a fee of 60 euro per person.
6. We kindly ask to the Client to provide to the Guest all correct information about the Property, the services included or not included in the rates, the correct location, all rules and information specified above.
7. Any change, that could alter the stay conditions, will be promptly communicated.

In case the above mentioned conditions are not met, we will feel free to take steps for any kind of action against.
